Fn Key on Keyboard Always On

Symptom: Fn key is always on and to input non-Fn element of the key you have to use Fn. e.g. if you press key P it reads - and if you press Fn+p it reads p

Solution: Hold the Ctrl and Fn key down together and press the Ins(Num LK) key. This should revert the keys back as normal.
